Immediate relief from my symptoms.

Dr DJ is one of the most thorough and accurate chiropractors I have been to (and I am quite picky). He really takes time with his patients using active release, stretching, and other techniques that give me immediate relief from my symptoms of sciatica. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Registered Massage Therapy

  • RMT + Endermologist

I've been a Registered Massage Therapist since May 2014, having completed the three year program at OVCMT in the Okanagan Valley. My background is in Science & Nutrition at UBC. I’ve completed Myofascial Strain Release, Osteopathic Techniques and Visceral Manipulation, foam rolling techniques, an Integrated treatment Approach to the Cervical Spine & Shoulder Complex, and most recently evidence based Pain Science for Chronic Pain Management.

For those living with chronic pain, this new model focuses on the biopsychosocial approach, to assist in moving from a pain centred life to regaining function & living well.

My practice has evolved from a lifelong interest in understanding the human body, learning the complex process of releasing pain and helping clients to find their own individualized self care & maintenance program.

My work involves postural education through movement, stress reduction, increasing mobility, body awareness & strengthening.

I treat the whole family including children, adults and seniors; addressing the individuals pain tolerance, nervous system & state of health.

I’ve recently completed my Endermologie training this year and have begun working on clients who deal with various health conditions with great success. This technology is 100% natural and painless, it boosts metabolism, circulation and lymphatic drainage. It provides visible toning, and smoothing of wrinkles and cellulite with zero side effects. The medical and therapeutic application offers an effective treatment of muscle spasms, sprains, strains, sports injuries, sinus congestion, bloating, IBS and back pain to name a few. The list is endless and you’ll feel the effects immediately.

For my clients, being able to incorporate Endermologie into my current practice has been a natural evolution in care. I can now offer medical, therapeutic and esthetic care with the latest technology from France.
